Job summary

B&S Site Development in the United States is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee planning and processes across multiple site development projects, collaborating with field managers to drive efficient completion. You will visit sites, manage schedules, procurement, and safety compliance, while coordinating with superintendents and foremen to align field execution with plans.

Candidates should have a civil engineering or related degree and hands-on experience in construction management; OSHA

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a related field and relevant construction management knowledge.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and field teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and track progress.
• Monitor budgets, track cost exposures, and adjust forecasts as conditions change in the field.
• Track project performance, including milestones, production rates, and quality metrics.
• Document and report project progress through daily logs, weekly updates, and formal reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field personnel to ensure alignment between project plans and field execution.
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules to meet project specs.
• Assist with project scheduling, identify critical path activities, and adjust plans as needed.
• Support quality control to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
