  • Document and report project progress through daily logs, weekly updates, and formal reporting to stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate closely with field personnel, including Superintendents and Foremen, to ensure alignment between project plans and field execution.
  • Manage material procurement and delivery schedules, ensuring materials arrive on time and meet project specifications.
  • Assist with project scheduling, including updating timelines, identifying critical path activities, and adjusting plans based on field conditions.
  • Support quality control efforts, ensuring work meets engineering standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications, and communicate changes or clarifications to field teams.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, including conflicts, delays, or design discrepancies, by coordinating with the Project Manager and field leadership.
  • Prepare and process project documentation, such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as‑built records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, participate in site safety meetings, and support the enforcement of company safety policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution.
  • Visit project sites regularly to assess progress, verify work in place, and ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required
  • Organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use specialized software for collaboration and time management, including Office, Bluebeam and Excel
