Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Approximately 5 years of process engineering and/or project engineering experience.
• Chemical-process or chemical-manufacturing experience.
• Capital-project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and project spending.
• Hands-on plant or manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong ownership and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital projects.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Track and manage project spending.
• Coordinate engineering activities, equipment purchases, contractors, and installations.
• Work closely with plant operations and maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
• Support equipment startup and project implementation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, effectively, and within established requirements.
• Maintain ownership of project schedules, costs, and deliverables.
