Responsibilities

• Manage projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate design, funding requests, estimates, submittals, procurement, and construction oversight.
• Provide project direction to multidisciplinary teams including controls, engineering, operations, and legal.
• Coordinate with construction groups and third-party vendors for scope and budget.
• Prepare budget justifications and attend budget meetings for approvals.
• Support business development with engineering reports and presentations.
