Job summary

TAI is seeking a Back Project Engineer to drive capital and maintenance projects from conception through commissioning. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and act as the link between stakeholders, vendors, and construction teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in project engineering or PM, with a Mechanical/Civil/Environmental engineering degree preferred and experience in oil/refining environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Engineering/Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Oil/refining, petro-chem, chemicals background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital and maintenance projects from inception to turnover to user groups.
• Design oversight and compliance with industry practices.
• Coordinate technical activities with vendors, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare cost estimates and schedules; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
