Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Experience in utility-scale solar or electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Field Engineers and Project Administrators.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs and quality records.
• Update project schedules weekly and support site operations.
