Job summary
Insight Global in Atlanta, GA seeks a Project Engineer to guide technical direction and translate customer requirements into program management products. You will design embedded software for military systems and develop system and software requirements and design.
You will create and manage MS Project schedules, enforce development processes, lead agile teams, and interface with customers and DoD stakeholders. A Secret clearance and MBSE/Cameo experience are highly valued.
Qualifications
- Experience leading software-intensive development projects involving avionics integration engineering.
- Experience with embedded software in C/C++ and Ada.
- Experience developing system requirements and design.
- Experience creating MS Project schedules, status, and critical path.
- Experience leading agile development teams.
- Experience with DoD Acquisition processes (DoD 5000.02).
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience with MBSE using Cameo.
- Experience interfacing with customers for technical and project management aspects.

- Experience with GitLab or similar CM tools.
- Experience interfacing with customers for both technical and project management aspects.
- Experience integrating subsystems in complex military systems.
- Experience with Tactical Data Links and/or Electronic Warfare.
