Job summary

Brose Group’s Brose Sitech is seeking an experienced professional to lead automotive seat development programs from concept to launch. You will coordinate internal and external customers, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation, milestones, and costs align with project goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones, strong communication with OEMs and suppliers, and hands-on use of MS Office, MS Project, and CATIA V5 to drive successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar car interior components.
• Proven track record in managing development projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and CATIA V5 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a project from start to market launch in coordination with internal and external customers.
• Developing and implementing solutions for technical challenges within development projects.
• Coordinating an interdisciplinary technical project team and managing development partners to ensure cost-effective execution and documentation.
