Qualifications

• Significant experience managing indirect procurement categories within a multinational or global organization.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and category management.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve regional and global indirect procurement strategies.
• Manage indirect purchasing spend to achieve cost savings and value creation.
• Define and execute category strategies with business units and functions.
• Lead sourcing activities including supplier evaluations, bids, and contracts.
• Build and maintain a competitive supplier network focused on cost, quality, delivery.
• Negotiate and manage regional and global supplier agreements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align demand and requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and supplier risks.
• Drive supplier performance, continuous improvement, and key relationships.
• Support EBIT improvement through procurement excellence.
