Job summary

Brose Group’s Brose Sitech is seeking an experienced professional to lead automotive seat development programs from concept to launch. You will coordinate internal and external customers, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation, milestones, and costs align with project goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration across time zones, strong communication with OEMs and suppliers, and hands-on use of MS Office, MS Project, and CATIA V5 to drive successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar car interior components.
• Proven track record in managing development projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and CATIA V5 is preferred.

Your Tasks

• Managing a project from start to market launch in coordination with internal and external customers
• Developing and implementing solutions for technical challenges within development projects or assigned tasks
• Coordination of an interdisciplinary technical project team and management of development partners ensuring cost-effective execution and documentation of development projects, in compliance to development milestones, development costs, and technical specification requirements
• Aligning concepts for manufacturing processes with production
• Supporting the start of series production by implementing the relevant development work

Your Profile

• Professional experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar components in car interiors
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers
• Experience in using MS Office, MS Project and ideally - CATIA V5
• A sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Flexibility and commitment
• Experience in teamwork across different time zones
