Job summary

Brose Sitech in the United States, expanding into the Michigan market, seeks a project manager to steer programs from concept to market launch, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet milestones and specifications.

You will address technical challenges, align manufacturing concepts with production, and support the start of series production within a modern working environment and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing automotive complete seats or similar interior components.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication with OEM customers and suppliers.
• Experience in using MS Office, MS Project and CATIA V5.
• A sense of responsibility and cost awareness.
• Flexibility and commitment.
• Experience in teamwork across different time zones.

Your Tasks

• Managing a project from start to market launch in coordination with internal and external customers
• Developing and implementing solutions for technical challenges within development projects or assigned tasks
• Coordination of an interdisciplinary technical project team and management of development partners ensuring cost-effective execution and documentation of development projects, in compliance to development milestones, development costs, and technical specification requirements
• Aligning concepts for manufacturing processes with production
• Supporting the start of series production by implementing the relevant development work

Your Profile

• Professional experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar components in car interiors
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers
• Experience in using MS Office, MS Project and ideally - CATIA V5
• A sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• Flexibility and commitment
• Experience in teamwork across different time zones
