Job summary

Bell Textron Canada Ltée in Mirabel, QC is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and manage technical projects from conception to completion, supporting a commercial product platform.

The role requires engineering expertise across disciplines, with the ability to lead, coordinate reviews, manage schedules, risks and budgets, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. English proficiency and international travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field; mechanical/aerospace/electrical preferred.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience across multiple business units is desirable.
• Project engineering experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel; Primavera knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage technical projects from conception to completion.
• Create and maintain project plans, deliverables, milestones, resources and task estimates.
• Manage testing, risks, budgets, deliverables and changes.
• Capture and maintain process and product requirements.
• Coordinate reviews for manufacturing builds, tooling and changes.
• Develop project schedules and resource skill profiles; manage multiple projects.
