Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Project Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to grow into a Project Manager. You will work directly with seasoned PMs and superintendents, gaining exposure from preconstruction through closeout.

With 1–4 years of construction experience, you will manage RFIs, submittals, and scheduling, coordinate subcontractors and deliveries, and support budgets and procurement. A clear growth path and stable backlog await, with robust employee benefits and sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of commercial construction experience
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Procore experience is a plus
