Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to drive technical solutions and intelligence delivery for projects with the client community. The role focuses on defining requirements, analyzing datasets, and guiding technical execution across portfolios while aligning engineering, analysis, and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in complex engineering programs, extensive support to the intelligence community, and senior leadership exposure, plus an active TS/SCI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shaping programmatic strategies and solutions.
• Ability to independently analyze and interpret complex systems.
• Strong communications skills to present technical findings clearly and effectively.
• Experience evaluating test results and identifying key system performance indicators.
• Capacity to design experiments with limited data and reduce concept uncertainty.

WhatYou’llDo

AsanProjectEngineer,you’lltackle complex decision-making challengesand help mentor/guidethe execution of technical engineering across the portfolio of projects and interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment between engineering, analysis, andtechnical reporting.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Defining/refiningrequirements, analyzing datasets, and building recommendations to inform key strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree inSTEM field

• Active TS/SCI clearance
