Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a senior professional to lead cost, schedule and performance across a portfolio of DoD-focused projects. You will coordinate with tech leads, industry, academia and government stakeholders, ensuring strong financial acumen informs decisions and investments.

The role requires briefing senior leadership, operationalizing analytical outputs and driving technical integration and demonstrations across multiple stakeholders under customer guidance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience briefing senior leadership and C-suite members.
• Knowledge of analytic research, valuation and forecasting techniques.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cost, schedule and performance across a portfolio of projects with stakeholders.
• Represent the customer with DoD, IC, requirements developers and end users.
• Lead discussions with executives and operationalize analytical outputs.
• Develop and synchronize technical solutions and demonstrations with guidance.
• Coordinate prototyping, experimentation and demonstration objectives.
• Create artifacts such as briefs, cost-benefit analyses, roadmaps and initiatives.
• Lead initiatives involving technical integration for operational impact.
• Participate in review boards assessing emerging technology.
• Support design, implementation and testing of Future Warfighting Concepts.
• Assist customer and leadership in coordinating actions and planning.
• Review capability needs and resolution of requirements issues.
• Generate analytical content and findings in various formats.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and performance across a Portfolio of Projects working with tech leads, Industry, Academia and Government Stakeholders to include a strong financial acumen to inform investment, co-investment, and acquisition decisions.
• Represent the customer with, Critical Enablers, Innovation Hubs within the DoD, the Intelligence Community (IC), Requirements Developers, End Users and Key Stakeholders.
• Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of the analytical outputs.
• Responsible for developing, integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating technical solutions and operational demonstrations across multiple stakeholders in concert with customer guidance and team input generate measurable objectives that drive key results.
• Recommend and coordinate efforts to enable prototyping, experimentation, and demonstration objectives.
• Create high-quality artifacts that will include, decision briefs, cost benefit analysis, technical roadmap, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead key initiatives involving technical integration for operational impact.
• Serve on review boards evaluating emerging technology with an understanding of how to operationalize and effectively employ those technologies.
• Support the design, implementation, and testing of Future Warfighting Concepts
• Support the Customer and Branch Chief coordinating actions and planning across the broader team.
• Review the preparation of applicable capability needs and requirements documentation for resolution of requirements issues.
• Generate and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats.

Required Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as substantive experience with Communication network hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects.
• Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment, both as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at multiple echelons.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD Architecture’s and associated compliance.
• Experience generating and presenting Executive Level briefings
• Ability to perform comprehensive studies in short order to inform strategic decisions
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of experience.
• Experience briefing senior leadership/C-Suite members.
• Knowledge of analytic research, valuation, and forecasting techniques.

Desired Experience

• Demonstrated Strong Business Acumen or MBA.
• Knowledge of U.S. Army and/or Joint-Service design methodology.
• Experience developing warfighting concepts.
