JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) with a strong background in repair and maintenance,

structural retrofitting, and rehabilitation projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project

coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects across India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and supervise civil repair, maintenance, and structural retrofitting projects.
• Handle structural rehabilitation, concrete repairs, waterproofing, grouting, and strengthening works.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource utilization to meet deadlines.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, material requirements, and work schedules.
• Identify site-related issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and EHS standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of repair and retrofitting methodologies.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in civil projects, specifically repair and maintenance.
• Strong hands‑on experience in structural retrofitting, rehabilitation, and strengthening works.
• Good knowledge of civil repair techniques, construction materials, and site execution.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
