Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of civil repair and maintenance experience.
• Experience in structural retrofitting, rehabilitation, and strengthening works.
• Knowledge of civil repair techniques, materials, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil repair, maintenance, and retrofitting projects.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specs, quality standards, and safety.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Identify site issues and implement technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and EHS standards.
