Job summary

Mahadeva Energy & Infra Private Limited (MEIPL) is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil infrastructure works at our Devanahalli, Bengaluru project site.

You will oversee daily construction activities, read and interpret drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and project teams, and ensure quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read civil drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Strong site execution, quantity estimation, and quality control skills.
• Experience in supervision, manpower management, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage labour, subcontractors, construction materials, and machinery.
• Monitor earthwork, roadwork, grading, levelling, shuttering, concreting, and other civil works as applicable.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, quantity measurements, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, vendors, and client representatives.
• Track material consumption, BOQ quantities, and site requirements.
• Identify execution issues and take corrective action to maintain project timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, quantity estimation, and quality control.
• Ability to read civil drawings and understand technical specifications.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in road infrastructure, industrial projects, earthwork, site development, and commercial or industrial construction will be preferred.
