Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Site Operations Lead to direct daily project-site activities under the Site Manager, ensuring safe, efficient execution and alignment with project goals.

You will supervise field engineers and quality personnel, manage cost control, documentation, procurement, and schedules, while collaborating with the broader team to meet IRA compliance and client expectations. Travel is required as projects rotate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Directs daily operations of the project site, under the supervision of the Site Manager

• Leader in cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, job book, project documentation, procurement, schedule, and client satisfaction

• Supervises the Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants, ensuring Blattner processes are learned, developed, and demonstrated

• Partners with the project team to understand multiple work disciplines and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements
  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

$94,707.00 - $137,326.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
