Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Site Operations Leader to direct daily project site operations under the Site Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution. You will lead cost control, quality processes, scheduling, procurement, and client satisfaction while supervising Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Administrative staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

  • Partners with the project team to understand multiple work disciplines and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements.

  • Involved with and understands two (2) or more trade disciplines (grading, electrical, structures, or installation)

$94,707.00 - $137,326.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
