Job Title: Contracts & Engineering Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid – Based in/around St. Louis, MO or Columbia, MO with up to 25% Travel
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
About the Role:
We seek a proactive Contracts & Engineering Project Coordinator to support our growing operations. Responsibilities include managing RFQs, supporting technical product planning, coordinating quotes, identifying new business opportunities through government portals, and communicating with customers and our business development team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and understands engineering fundamentals and federal contracting processes, with customer-facing experience.
