Qualifications

We’re looking for Project Engineers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects. This role serves as a critical link between the field, design team, and project management, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract documents and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Execution
  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain project progress
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specs, and logs
  • Review contract documents to ensure scope alignment and compliance
• Procurement & Cost Control
  • Assist with material and equipment procurement, including vendor coordination
  • Track equipment deliveries and ensure alignment with project schedules
  • Support budget tracking and cost reporting efforts
• BIM & Design Coordination
  • Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams to support coordination efforts
  • Review drawings and assist with constructability analysis
  • Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Field Support
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support field teams
  • Assist with problem-solving and coordination
  • Ensure safety, quality, and installation standards are upheld
