The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HVAC/MEP project engineering, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask under deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobsite documentation including RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, and submittals
• Oversee jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
• Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials
• Assemble project estimates and budgets
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Attend and participate in project meetings
• Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
• Update and maintain project schedules
• Perform craft productivity tracking

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HVAC/MEP Project Engineering role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in learning and applying technical concepts
