Qualifications

• CAD drawings and CAD software experience.
• Background in manufacturing, machining, or similar hands-on environment.
• Estimating or cost analysis experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to be hands-on in a production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and interpret CAD drawings and technical prints.
• Support estimating activities for jobs and projects.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure project accuracy and feasibility.
• Perform manual machining tasks as needed to support projects and prototypes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive project efficiency.
• Be actively involved on the shop floor; hands-on engineering role, not strictly desk-based.

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team in Rock Hill, SC. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys being in the shop as much as working at a desk.
