Job summary

American Roller Company is seeking a Process Development Engineer to bridge design and production on the Rock Hill shop floor. You will own CAD drawings, refine prototypes, and help estimate projects using data-driven inputs while collaborating with production and engineering for feasible, high-precision results.

The role combines hands-on machining support with strong Microsoft Office usage, supporting continuous improvement to raise throughput and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CAD software and technical drawing practices.
• Background in manufacturing, machining, or another practical, hands-on environment.
• Estimating or cost analysis experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sharp problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working directly in a production environment.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
