The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, with internship or 1–3 years of experience in project delivery. Salary is up to $120,000 annually; this is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
• Track project costs, prepare invoices, and generate reports.
• Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
