Are you a Project Engineer with capital project experience, looking to take a technical lead at a market-leading business, offering extensive training, additional certifications, and progression into senior/management roles?

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of capital projects and play a key role in facility improvements, while receiving specialist training in Project Engineering, SAP, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma.

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of 10–15 capital projects simultaneously, managing approximately $5m in annual spend from planning through to implementation. Projects will range from $50k facility improvements completed within weeks to major $2m upgrades lasting up to a year, with a 70/30 split between project management and overseeing work on the production floor.

The Role:

• Take ownership of 10–15 active capital projects, managing planning, budgets, timelines, contractors, and implementation
• Manage approximately $5m in annual projects, ranging from $50k facility improvements to $2m+ major upgrades
• Approximately 70% project management / 30% production floor, Monday–Friday with flexible start times
