Job summary

Tec Group International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major capital projects at a large industrial facility in Massena, New York. You will manage scope, budget and schedule, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external engineering partners while ensuring safety and progress.

This client-side role oversees Engineering Service Providers and contractors from Front-End Loading through commissioning, delivering projects on time and within budget in a live manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering industrial capital projects.
• Strong understanding of Front-End Loading (FEL) project delivery methodology.
• Proven experience managing EPC or Engineering Service Providers.
• Background within heavy industrial sectors such as metals, aluminium, steel, mining and large manufacturing facilities.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience within aluminium smelting, steel mills, furnaces or similar process industries.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major capital projects at a large industrial manufacturing facility in Massena, New York.

Working as part of the owner's project team, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external engineering partners while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

This is a client-side role overseeing Engineering Service Providers (ESPs), contractors and stakeholders rather than carrying out detailed engineering design.
