Intellectt Inc. in Minnetonka, MN seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead moderate-complexity NPI and sustaining projects from initiation through production release.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and stage-gate reviews to ensure manufacturing readiness. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with 3–5 years of project engineering experience, including NPI, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and 3D

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of Project Engineering experience; medical contract manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading NPI and sustaining projects through production release.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling preferred; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead moderate-complexity New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects from initiation through production release. The role involves cross-functional coordination, project planning, risk management, stage-gate reviews, and manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.


• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities.


• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and track required documentation.


• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recovery plans.


• Coordinate customer requirements, manufacturing readiness, Quality, Validation, and Regulatory activities.

Required Qualifications:
