• Ability to identify yield issues and support manufacturing troubleshooting.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and production data reports.
• Ability to work effectively with line operators, process engineers, and manufacturing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high‑volume manufacturing or production environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), or other process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), electronics manufacturing, PCBA, medical devices, automotive, plastics, or industrial manufacturing.
