Job summary

Blattner, a trusted leader in renewable energy with a history spanning more than a century, seeks an on-site Quality Lead in Minnesota to drive site-specific quality programs. You will collaborate with the Quality Department to implement the Quality Control Plan for inspectors and third-party testers.

You will supervise, train, and schedule Quality Control Inspectors, ensuring adherence to Standard Inspection and Testing Instructions, and administer the nonconformance process at the project

Qualifications

  • A two-year related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of Quality Control process and procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering plans and specifications.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical functions, AC/DC concepts, cable terminations, and inspection/testing equipment.
  • Familiar with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.

$78,271.00 - $113,492.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
