• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews.
• Perform quantity calculations and assist in work plans preparation.
• Order and schedule material deliveries to ensure project efficiency.
• Assist in field surveying and layout work, including elevations, control points, and compilation of as-built data

• Perform basic engineering calculations and technical drafting to support field operations
• Assist Project Manager with data gathering and preparation for submittals and transmittals to customers, vendors, subcontractors, governmental agencies, and internal use
• Assist in maintaining basic project record keeping, including daily reports, photographs, RFIs, and memorandums
• Enter data into the job cost system and participate in reviewing cost reports with job site management
• Support cost tracking, job costing, and reporting
• Assist in generating change orders and as-built data to be reviewed by the Project Manager
