This is a full-time, onsite position located at Fort McCoy, WI, supporting a large-scale federal construction project. The role is tied to a 9–12 month project assignment with anticipated completion in early summer (June or July). The work environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with daily interaction among project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. The company operates as a small, second-generation family business with a non-corporate feel and has experience across sectors such as hospitality, education, transportation, government, healthcare, and institutional projects. Per diem and relocation assistance are available for candidates coming from outside the local area. The position offers the opportunity to build a long-term career, gain significant exposure to federal construction work, and develop proficiency with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project software and systems.
This is a Contract position based out of La Crosse, WI.
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $43.27/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
