  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and coordinate multiple tasks.

  • Manage project information within Procore and internal systems.
  • Record and issue meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Maintain a change order log and compile pricing for changes within one week of reported events.
  • Assist in issuing subcontracts and purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Read and understand subcontract conditions and prime contract requirements.
  • Update project schedules weekly and support field staff with the information and tools needed to execute work.
  • Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, designers, and consultants to maintain alignment across project phases.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Manage submittal logs, RFIs, and other project controls to ensure timely processing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Promote and uphold strong safety culture across all project activities.
  • Serve as a professional, friendly representative of the company, understanding that your attitude reflects the entire team.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. This role is integral to the successful execution and management of construction projects, ensuring all documentation, schedules, and communications are precise and up-to-date. Essential Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design-build and/or industrial construction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
