Job summary

A leading renewable energy contractor is expanding its U.S. construction team and looking for an experienced Project Engineer. You will support the planning and execution of utility-scale solar projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure quality and safety compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in project engineering or construction. This role involves travel and temporary relocation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or project engineering.
• Experience with Solar PV or BESS projects.
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred) is a plus.
• Familiarity with P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Procore
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

CJR Renewables is expanding our U.S. construction team and looking for an experienced Project Engineer to help deliver utility-scale solar projects across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Support planning and execution of large-scale solar construction projects
• Coordinate with engineering teams, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Review drawings, manage RFIs, and support field technical issue resolution
• Track progress, materials, and productivity
• Help maintain QA/QC, safety compliance, and project documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) or related field preferred. Will also consider an Associate's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical).
• 5+ years of experience in construction or project engineering
• Experience with Solar PV or BESS projects
• Familiarity with P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Procore
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

Project-based role – travel and temporary relocation required

Pay: Commensurate with experience
