Job summary

Sterling Construction Company, Inc. in El Paso, TX seeks a motivated civil construction professional to join our team.

You will track costs, forecasts and reports, handle RFIs and submittals, and support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management with 2+ years of civil experience (or 3+ years in the field).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management with 2+ years of civil construction experience, or 3+ years in the field.
• Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus).
• Strong communicator who can lead through influence and deliver results across teams.

Responsibilities
