Michael Page is partnering with a well-established, fast-growing General Contractor in the Denver area to recruit a Project Engineer for end-to-end project delivery on ground-up multifamily and commercial developments.

You will join a lean, high-performing team, coordinating with field crews and subcontractors while ensuring tight control of budgets, schedules, and contract documentation. This position emphasizes ownership, speed, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience with a General Contractor (required).
  • Background in multifamily or commercial construction.
  • Ability to thrive in lean, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ownership mindset with minimal oversight.
  • Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, cost controls, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with full project lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Supporting buyout and subcontract administration.
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Tracking budgets, costs, and financial controls.
  • Generating schedules and supporting contract documentation.
  • Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Attending and documenting meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Engineer, you will support the Project Manager in delivering complex, ground-up projects while maintaining strong coordination with field teams and subcontractors.

  • Assisting with full project lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout

Profile

For the Project Engineer role we are seeking:

Job Offer
