MPI, representing a leading real estate developer and builder in Connecticut, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multimillion-dollar multifamily projects from preconstruction through delivery. The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and strong subcontractor coordination to meet milestones.

The successful candidate will have 7–10+ years in large-scale multifamily construction, proven leadership, and proficiency with Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects.
  • Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong financial and contractual management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Oversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery.
