Base pay range

Our client is expanding into Colorado—and looking for a Project Engineer who’s excited to build something new with the support of a nationally recognized firm. The team specializes in high-performance HVAC, MEP, and mechanical systems for complex commercial and industrial spaces. If you’re passionate about engineering, problem-solving, and energy-efficient design, this is your chance to make your mark.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate project execution from design through construction alongside PMs and engineers.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety/quality standards.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and scope development.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with HVAC, MEP, or mechanical systems (design or construction).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles and building codes.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with both design and field coordination.
• Exposure to energy-efficient or high-performance projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
