Qualifications

• Track record of relevant MEP/HVAC design experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
• Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• EIT certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial buildings (HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, etc.).
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver integrated building solutions.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Support LEED certification and sustainable design initiatives on projects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement processes.

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-performance mechanical systems from design through construction, contributing to energy-efficient, sustainable builds across Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial buildings (HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Track record of relevant MEP/HVAC design experience, preferably in the commercial sector

• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• EIT certification a plus, but not required. We have Licensed PE's in house to help you develop should that route be of interest!
