Job summary

Howell Construction is seeking a construction administration professional in Denver to support Project Managers with daily tasks. You will prepare RFIs, submittals, and change orders, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and liaise with owners, architects, and engineers.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Denver.
