Blayze Group is partnering with a growing commercial general contractor in Dallas to appoint a Project Engineer.

This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious construction professional with at least 1 year of commercial project experience who wants mentorship, senior leadership exposure, and a clear path to grow within a respected contractor.

The Role

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents across active commercial construction projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, meeting minutes, change documentation, and project logs
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Assist with procurement, scheduling, cost tracking, closeout, and project reporting
• Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps, coordination issues, and constructability concerns

Background Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial construction
• Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar background
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to grow
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship available
