Blayze Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and client relations, delivering projects on time, within scope, and safely.

The ideal candidate has a strong GC background, a stable career history, and proven ability to manage several projects concurrently, negotiate with subcontractors, and drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior PM or PM for a General Contractor.
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement and overall financial performance.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations and subcontract administration.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects and clients.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications and project reporting.
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Blayze Group is partnering with an established, family-owned General Contractor looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to its growing Dallas team.

The company has been operating for over 40 years and has built a strong reputation across the DFW market, delivering a diverse portfolio of ground-up commercial construction projects, including retail, restaurants, healthcare, office, municipal and other commercial developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager or a strong Project Manager ready to take the next step. The business values people with a solid General Contractor background, a stable employment history and the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Role

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement and overall financial performance.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations and subcontract administration.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects and clients.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications and project reporting.
• Identify potential project risks and resolve issues to keep construction on schedule.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial construction experience working directly for a General Contractor.
• Established Senior Project Manager or strong Project Manager looking to progress.
• Ideally 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• A stable career history with meaningful tenure and progression.
• Strong understanding of project financials, subcontractor management and scheduling.
• Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
