Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 4+ years of construction project engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of submittals, procurement, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare project submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities for materials and equipment, including long-lead items.
• Assist with subcontract administration, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain project files, as-built drawings, and document control systems.
• Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and quantity reporting.
• Work closely with field teams to ensure timely material deliveries and project execution.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and final project reporting.
• Support change order management and project buyout activities.

• Supporting project scheduling, cost tracking, and quantity reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of construction project engineering experience
• Experience with commercial, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or large-scale building projects
• Strong understanding of construction documents, submittals, procurement, and project controls
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
