Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our client in the Buffalo, New York area. This is a permanent, site-based role with a relocation package and a competitive salary of $120,000-$130,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will lead multiple heavy civil or infrastructure projects, manage field operations, schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and quality.

• Project Manager with experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong on-site background (not purely office-based).
• Proven ability to manage multiple active construction projects.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects in the Buffalo area. This is a long-term, permanent position offering strong career progression, ongoing development, and the chance to lead complex projects from start to finish.

This well-established contractor has secured a strong backlog of civil and infrastructure projects and is continuing to expand its project management team. They are looking for a driven Project Manager to oversee project delivery, manage field operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

In this role, you will be based in the Buffalo area, managing multiple civil construction projects, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful execution.

The Role
