Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Project Engineer with a strong construction background to oversee technical aspects from design to completion. You will coordinate with managers, architects, and contractors to ensure specs are met and deadlines are achieved.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in construction.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam construction management software.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
  • Preparing and managing RFIs, submittals, and document controls with high accuracy.
  • Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet specifications.
  • Utilizing Bluebeam for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Managing procurement: sourcing materials, negotiating prices, coordinating deliveries.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
  • Resolving on-site issues or discrepancies during construction.
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining high quality control throughout all project phases.

Job Details

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry. This dynamic role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that builds and shapes the infrastructure of tomorrow. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects, from design to completion, ensuring that all engineering-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • 10. U.S. Citizenship is required.
