Qualifications

  • Experience tracking schedules, budgets, and procurement activities.
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
  • Excellent communication and meeting-minute capabilities.

We are an established construction company seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Project Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring their successful delivery. You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams, providing vital support and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs to ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Tracking project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supporting jobsite meetings and maintaining meeting minutes, ensuring all key decisions and actions are accurately recorded.
  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and constructability, identifying any potential issues or improvements.
  • Assisting with project closeout documentation and turnover, ensuring all project outcomes are successfully delivered and documented.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
