Project Engineer $70K-$90K annually in Arvada, CO.

Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the full project lifecycle as it pertains to the engineering effort on all orders.
- Maintain proper documentation and RFI logs for projects through submittal approval.
- Initial project intake and kickoff internal to engineering.
- Work closely with Project Managers to communicate status and needs to/from customers.
- Establish relationships with relevant supply chain partners and communicate flow‑down requirements.
- Develop and deliver submittals to customers, including:
- Long‑lead‑time component identification and notification to purchasing to match project needs.
- Electrical schematics and project footprint general sizing.
- Applicable UL checks of compliance.
- Congruent and streamlined coordination of various engineering sub‑groups (mechanical and electrical) to put forth a single, accurate, complete project scope and plan.
- Project ERP management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- High proficiency in creating/using Microsoft Excel applications that contribute to process automation.
- Exceptional organization skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience with 2D and/or 3D CAD software.
- Working electrical knowledge of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage power systems.
- Firm knowledge of UL891 and familiarity with other UL Standards particularly 508A and/or 1008 and applicable medium‑voltage standards.
- ERP experience and knowledge.
- 2+ years of engineering experience or equivalent experience.
