NBP NBA Properties Inc. is seeking a Venue Operations Project Employee to assist with live event operations and venue logistics.
This temporary, approximately ten-month role focuses on supporting operations plans, vendor coordination, and event documentation for premier NBA events. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in event management or venue operations, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
WORK OPTION: The NBA currently provides eligible employees the option of working remotely one day per week. _________________ This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.
Position Summary: The Venue Operations Project Employee will be involved in our busiest time of year and help support the operations of live events and venue operations. The role will contribute to event operations, venue logistics, vendor management, and event documentation. The optimal candidate should have strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Previous experience or exposure to venue operations preferred. This role will develop relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders, key vendors, and NBA venues to assist with executing venue operations for the highest value media-driven NBA Events such as NBA All-Star, NBA Finals, and NBA Global Games; and support of affiliate league events for the WNBA, NBA G League, NBA 2K League and USA Basketball. The optimal candidate will be a fast-paced high-impact executor with experience in events, venues, or operations.
Salary Range: $31.25/Hourly
