Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five years managing programs or projects, including three years with direct responsibility for government grants or comparable funding.
• Experience supervising staff, resolving implementation problems, and maintaining productive relationships.
• Strong writing, planning, and data skills to explain results and maintain documentation.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the service region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated workplan, launch schedule, responsibility matrix, and risk register for each hub and grant deliverable.
• Convene leadership tables and ensure decisions translate into actions and progress.
• Coordinate hub agreements, recruitment, enrollment, schedules, instruction, and transitions into employment or additional training.
• Oversee compliance, reporting, and subrecipient monitoring with fiscal and program staff.
• Lead performance reviews and ensure data submission for accurate reporting.
